Portable Outhouse 1

We’re building a small composting toilet on a trailer. Learn how to choose and renovate trailers, build the wood framing, building theory and cut lists. Also, learn to use different tools of both the electric and old school variety.

Portable Outhouse 2

We’re insulating the outhouse with clay slip and straw insulation, finishing the walls, roof and seat/hatches.

Windows and doors if time permits.

Sauna on Wheels 1

We’re building the foundation of the sauna – first we’re preparing the trailer, then attaching the floor to it. Insulating the floor, and building the wood framing for the walls and roof.

We’re insulating the sauna with clay slip and straw insulation, fastening benches and the inner floor boards as well as interior and exterior wall cladding. We’re also adding a safety fence around the sauna stove.
